Running coaching
Need to get back in shape? Do you take the time to go out for a run or a walk? Now that some of us are working from home, we should have more time to be active — but often, we just don’t make the time.
In 2016, after running the New York Marathon, I lost interest in running. A few months later, I started again — no time goals, no performance pressure, just the pure joy of running with a smile. My approach is to help you run and get back in shape.
Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate runner, I use the NLP tools I’ve learned to help you get outside, run, and build a lasting exercise habit.
